Great to work out with free weights independently.
Able to put a weight in each hand independently.
The strap is long enough to go around the weight and has already been fed through the buckle.
Wrist strap does not come out of the buckle.
Extra large thumb rings.
Solid piece buckle is sewed to the cuff to prevent twisting.
Sold individually.
